I received my Bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology from the University of Michigan, and my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago. My goal as a therapist is to support my clients in identifying the most effective and fulfilling ways that they can interact with the world around them. Throughout my career I have gained extensive experience working with individuals and groups on issues such as anxiety, depression, school avoidance, life transitions, family conflict, social skills, difficulties with motivation, parenting, and perfectionism. I rely on evidence-based, skill driven modalities to inform my clinical practice; including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which can be used together to manage symptoms, align behavior with goals and values, and improve relationships. It is an honor to partner with each of my clients in the pursuit of growth and wellbeing.
